Who is Charlotte Carter-Wall 
Charlotte has considerable expertise in supporting innovative change to impact significantly on school improvement. She was a DfE School Standards Adviser working across a wide remit of education including advising the government on the design and delivery of the Pupil Premium. Charlotte is passionate about helping schools to transform the life chances of their pupils, especially the most disadvantaged. She has contributed extensively to the development of National Strategies resources across a range of areas as well as writing research papers in school leadership and human rights. Charlotte is a DfE coach as part of the government’s Women Leading in Education pledge.
